1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any return, missing item, damaged product, or incorrect product claim.
Requests made without a complete, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and unworn.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The jewellery must not show any signs of use, perfume, chemicals, water exposure, scratches, or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without the mandatory unboxing video.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, clear product photos, and the complete unboxing video.
Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
